TAIJI AT LETNA PARK

From Tuesday the 30th of March, the Taiji School will begin regular Monday to Friday Park Trainings.

WHERE:

Location will be Letna Park (between Letensky zamecek and the monument), see map below.

If you go from Hradcanska metro or Kralovsky letohradek tram stop (tram 22, 15, 20, 1, 18, 26), go to the pendulum/monument and continue the same direction cca 200 m. Training place is next to kids playground, close to the Refreshment place with public WC.

If you go from Sparta tram stop (1, 18, 15, 25, 26), it is verticaly to tram street, cca 4 min walk.

WHEN:

Morning Trainings - From 08.00 

Evening Trainings - From 18.00 


CONTENT:

- Relaxing Exercises 

- Form 

- Sword Form 

- Push Hands 


COST:

100 Kc without Subsrciption 

Free with Subsrciption 

Free for under 18's and over 65's 


The trainings are open to everybody. (With or without experience.) 

First time is free. 

WEATHER:

As the trainings are outside, they will be dependent on the weather. If not sure, please check here or ask by sms +420 606 643 873.

Students should be aware however that these trainings are not classes. Students can come and go as they please, and they are responsible for their own practice.
