We practice Yang style, profesor Cheng Man-ch'ing's 37 forms. This form was composed from original long Yang form (108), which he practiced with his teacher, famous Yang Cheng-Fu. In shortened form Cheng Man-Ch'ing shifted a focus from fighting aspects to inner harmonization.

Cheng Man-Ch'ing's student, later master Huang Xingxian created 5 relaxing excercises, which we learn as precious tool for taiji principles inquiry.

Part of our practice are push hands, training taiji principles in contact work with partner. These excercises help us in listening both our own as well as partner's energy, we learn to pay attention to relaxation while being in contact with partner. Maybe we find that our reactions and emotions in partner work are similar as those we have in our daily life in human interactions.

On our lessons we start with basic excercises for joint relaxation, Maccoho - organ excercises for meridian harmonization. We practice Pa tuan t'in and some chi-kung.

Excercises are designed for everyone without age and physical limitation.
